This course provides comprehensive training of trainers and covers training planning, design, delivery, assessment and evaluation. Our unique offering includes the option to include the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) qualification. With a recommended group size of 6 – 12, we offer flexible delivery options. Complete the course within a week or spread the delivery over several weeks. Remote delivery is also available.
Candidates on our train the trainer course will consider individual, group or organisational training needs and create effective learning aims and objectives. Use this information to create lesson plans and teaching resources to promote inclusion and maximise learning. Learn how to deliver engaging training sessions both online and in the classroom to cater for a range of learning styles and in a motivating and supportive learning environment.
Use a range of assessment methods and learn how to evaluate your training programmes overall effectiveness in addition to assessing training at learner or course level. Demonstrate value through return on investment (ROI) or non-financial return on expectation (ROE) to create compelling business cases and management reports. Training Managers or Learning and Development leaders will also benefit from the practical advice on how to monitor and measure your results against department key performance indicators (KPI’s).
