We have released a new course: Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in the Workplace.

This content is included within the Certificate in Corporate Training and Certificate in Training Design, and is now available as a short skills burst for those who only want to gain tips and ideas on creating KPI’s for their trainers, training or L&D department. 

Learn how to carry out a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) within your organisation, collecting data from a range of sources and engaging with key stakeholders in the business. Consider the needs of individual employees and compile your data to present to stakeholders that can support the need for training, or conclude that training is in fact not the right solution.
