Designed to provide the knowledge and understanding of assessment, but have no need to actively practice as an assessor, or have no access to live learners to assess.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Are payment plans available?

Yes, individuals can spread the course fees over 3 months using Klarna and PayPal ‘Pay Later’ at checkout. We also offer bespoke payment plans over longer periods for selected courses.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Is tutor support available?

Tutors provide support by email, phone and Microsoft Teams.

Are there deadlines?

You can study at your own pace. Our regulated qualifications have a 12- or 18-month deadline, depending on the course. Extensions are also available.

Can I fail the assignments?

If your course includes assignments, and your written work does not pass the first time, your tutor will provide feedback and advice, and you can resubmit as many times as you need.

You can also arrange a call to discuss if required.

Do you offer in-house courses?

We can arrange classroom or online tutor-led courses upon request. This may be possible for groups of 4 or more people. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

When do I get the certificate?

Short course certificates are issued immediately upon completion.

Regulated course certificates are issued by the awarding organisation usually within 3-10 days from completion.
