Is tutor support available?
Yes, you can request support from an experienced tutor using the form on this page. We aim to respond within a few hours during office hours.
How can I complete the Level 3 AET micro-teach?
We run regular online sessions for our Level 3 students to join and deliver their micro-teach sessions to each other.
Alternatively, you can send in a recording or complete in your workplace.

Are payment plans available?
You can spread the cost of your purchase over 3 months using Klarna and PayPal ‘Pay Later’ at checkout. (Subject to eligibility)
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for multiple enrolments. Select ‘I am buying for others’ at checkout to see the available discounts, or contact us to discuss.
Do you offer in-house courses?
We can arrange classroom or online tutor-led courses upon request for groups of 4 or more people.

How long does it take to get the certificate?
For Level 3, 4 and 5 qualifications, the certificate is issued by the awarding organisation, usually within a 7 days of completion, often much quicker. This will be sent by email.
For short online courses, the certificate is available to download immediately upon completion.
Can i get a paper certificate?
PDF e-certificates are included as standard with all courses.
