Are payment plans available?

Are there deadlines?

You can study at your own pace. We do not set specific deadlines for assignments, but your overall course deadline is to complete within 12 months from purchase.

Can I fail the assignments?

If your written work does not pass first time, your tutor will provide feedback and advice and you can resubmit as many times as you need.

You can also arrange a call to discuss if required.

Do you offer in-house courses?

We can arrange classroom or online tutor-led courses upon request. This may be possible for groups of 4 or more people. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

When do I get the certificate?

Short course certificates are issued immediately upon completion.

Regulated course certificates are issued by the awarding organisation usually within 3-10 days from completion.
