Are there deadlines?

You can complete the course at your own pace and stop/start as you wish.

You must complete within 6 months of issue or the course access will expire.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, view available discounts by selecting ‘i am buying for others’. You can also contact us to request a quote.

Can I fail the assignments?

If you fail a quiz, you can review your answers and re-attempt up to three times.

If required this can be reset, although we may suggest completing the course again in full.

Do you offer in-house courses?

We can arrange classroom or online tutor-led courses upon request for groups of 4 or more people. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.

Are payment plans available?

Personal customers can spread the course fees over 3 months using Klarna and PayPal ‘Pay Later’ at checkout.

When do I get the certificate?

Short course certificates are issued immediately upon completion.

Regulated course certificates are issued by the awarding organisation usually within 3-10 days from completion.
