Our online course is designed with a competency-based training approach (CBTA) in consideration and can be used by employers to meet the training requirements of the ICAO technical instructions.

This course contains a multiple-choice quiz, which must be completed online and graded immediately with a passing score of 80%. If you fail, you can re-attempt it, and tutor support can be provided upon request.
The certificate is valid for 24 months.
Employers may be required to supplement this training with role specific on-the-job training and assessments.
This course includes a PDF certificate that is available for immediate download upon successful completion.
