Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices (IQA)

  • Unit 1 is a theory unit which is assessed through a written essay.
  • Unit 2 requires you to perform quality assurance activities for two Trainers/Assessors, who each have at least two different students.

Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices (RQF)

  • Unit 1 is a theory unit which is assessed through a written essay.
  • Unit 2 requires you to perform quality assurance activities for two Trainers/Assessors, who each have at least two different students.
  • Unit 3 is suitable if you lead a team of IQAs, or others (such as Training Managers) who perform quality assurance functions. You are required to gather evidence of managing this team and ensuring the standardisation of activities.
